The setting of the accommodation was absolutely stunning, with beautiful outbuildings adjoining the abbey. There was also a pleasant outdoor space with gorgeous views down to the canal. The nearby Nantes Brest canal provided a lovely area for cycling and exploring. The chateau/abbey was well worth a visit, especially during the spectacular exhibition that was happening at the time. As a budget traveler, I was thrilled to find such a stunning building in such an outstanding setting at a bargain price.
I felt right at home during my stay at Brb in Laniscat, and I have no complaints.

We had a truly enchanting stay at this charming bed and breakfast nestled in a beautiful setting. The historic abbey and its surrounding grounds were truly breathtaking, complete with ponies, a river, and woodland. The old building exuded charm and captured our imagination. The owner was incredibly helpful, always available to answer questions and provide local information. The room was comfortable and we slept like babies, with plenty of hot water for a relaxing shower. We also loved the easy access to nearby attractions, such as a delightful cafe and crepe shop, as well as a bakery and restaurants.

The abbey's stunning location was perfect for our crew's epic adventures. We spent the day hiking through breathtaking trails and exploring the nearby ruins. The cycling route along the canal was dope, and we even took a pit stop for some fishing action. The whole experience was absolutely epic, and we would definitely come back for more!
The only thing we wished for was a cool hangout spot for young party-goers. It would've been awesome to have a designated area for chilling and meeting other young peeps.

The room at Brb in Laniscat was perfect for my budget travel needs. It had a cozy seating area where I could relax after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a lifesaver, especially with the dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and oven. I felt right at home!
Personally, I found the sofa in the seating area a bit uncomfortable. But hey, that's just my preference!
